Refund & Cancellation

Plain rules for paid plans. No dark patterns, no hostage billing.

How billing works

• Standard is a monthly plan: ₹2,799 per month (outside India, $29 per month) for your whole team, with no per-seat fees.
• Free access runs until 14 November 2026 and costs nothing; no card is taken during free access, so nothing can be charged to you.
• Payments are one-click payments per billing period. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials; payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by writing to support — there is no lock-in, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• After cancellation, your plan simply is not renewed for the next billing period; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You can delete your whole workspace, including every CV and score, yourself from Settings at any time.

Refunds

• 7-day guarantee: request within 7 days of a payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
• If the service failed to work as described during your paid period (for example a defect that we could not fix while you were paid up), we refund the unused part of that period.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
• For any dispute, write to support first; chargebacks through your bank or UPI app remain available to you at all times.
