Google setup guide

1. Create an API key

Go to aistudio.google.com and click Get API key. Create an API key in a new or existing Google Cloud project, then copy the key.

2. Supported models

ShortlistKit supports the following Google models for CV scoring:

• Gemini 2.5 Flash (gemini-2.5-flash)
• Gemini 2.5 Pro (gemini-2.5-pro)
• Gemini 3 Flash (gemini-3-flash)
• Gemini 3 Pro (gemini-3-pro)
• Gemini 4 Argon (gemini-4-argon)

3. Add it to ShortlistKit

1. Go to the API & integrations page.
2. In the Your AI key section, select Google as the provider.
3. Choose the model you want to use for scoring.
4. Paste your API key and click Save key.

4. Test and manage your key

After saving, click Test key to verify ShortlistKit can reach Google with your credentials. If the test fails, check that the key is active and has not been revoked in your Google console.

To remove a key, click Remove next to the saved credential. You can add a new key at any time.

Your API keys are encrypted at rest and never displayed again after saving.
